New Edition with Battery


A classic returns with the EUROLITE AKKU MBT-3 Spot MK2: The device was available until 2017 under the name MBT-3 from FUTURELIGHT and under the name SCY-3 from EUROLITE, the latter without a rechargeable battery. With the EUROLITE AKKU MBT-3 Spot MK2, this popular effect is back, with the same optics, but this time with a rechargeable battery and more modern LEDs.

Effect
The basic principle is designed such that three lenses, two of which shine crosswise, create a fan of light. This effect is particularly effective as an uplight on a wall, but the beams also come through in the fog to create an eye-catching effect. Three highly efficient 8-watt LEDs with RGBW are used as the basis for color mixing. Depending on the DMX mode selected, the three LEDs can be controlled individually or together. Different colors of the three LEDs can also be set using the remote control supplied.

Connections
The connections are positioned on the side so that the input for power and DMX is on one side and the output on the other. The device can also be integrated into a DMX radio network with Quick DMX or Lumenradio CRMX via the USB socket. Depending on the program used, the built-in battery lasts up to 16 hours and is recharged in 4 hours. As the MBT-3 does not require a fan, it does not generate any noise.
