Pixel-based systems revolutionized event technology a few years ago. With them, it was suddenly possible to create images from light with pinpoint accuracy. Graphic and video curtains found their place as stage effects, playing patterns or videos at rock shows and festivals. Later, pixel systems developed that could be arranged in space and, with the help of special software via pixel mapping, could create entire 3D landscapes out of light.
In the meantime, pixel-based lighting effects are no longer only at home on stages and in discotheques: today, pixel strips even serve as design elements in the interior design of hotels, spas and business premises.
While large pixel effects are usually controlled via DMX or software such as MADRIX, pixel strips can also be adjusted via a small LED controller with remote control.
