Omnitronic EM Series - Installation Solutions
Mixers are a dime a dozen. Mixers for 19“ installation are rare though; if it's a question of special features, compact measurements, several zones or a crossfader, there aren't many left. With the EM series, Omnitronic offers special solutions for these kinds of jobs, ideal for rack or fixed installation.

Omnitronic EM-180 & EM-260
All users with a shortage of space will be happy about the EM-180 and EM-260. Both devices only need 1 rack unit. The smallest one is the EM-260. The device is available in black and silver and enables the connection of up to 3 microphones or mono line signals and 3 stereo signals with just one unit in height. Additionally, the signal can be emitted for an external effect and mixed with effect. The EM-180 connects analogue and digital world. Not only sources like turntables, CD players or a microphone can be connected, two USB ports and a S/PDIF input and output make it possible to connect a computer directly to the device. These sources can all be layed onto two channels, of which the original channel can be chosen freely and which can be crossfaded. Plus, the EM-180 has a symmetrical XLR output.
Omnitronic EM-550
It gets really comfortable with the EM-550. With three rack units, this mixer offers the possibility to mix 8 different signals. 2 microphones can be connected comfortably in the front, there's a 3-channel EQ for each input as well as a talkover function.
5 stereo inputs for different audio sources, among them two switchable inputs for turntables, make it possible to organize several audio sources wisely. At the front side, there's also a line input for adding audio units such as a portable MP3 player to the mix.
The mixer offers two separately controllable outputs, which are equipped with symmetrical XLR jacks for longer cable distances.

Omnitronic EM-640 & EM-650
EM-640 and EM-650 are almost identical in construction with the EM-550. They have 3 symmetrical outputs though, of which the zones are switchable. This way, you can determine a zone for every single input, in which it should be heard.
For example: The microphone for announcements can be heard in the whole building, but the TV broadcast only in the recreation room and the elevator music only in the elevator. Just as you like it. Talking of inputs, the 640 offers 4 stereo and 2 microphone inputs, the EM-650 has one more stereo channel.

Omnitronic EMX-1 & EMX-5
The EMX-1 and EMX-5 are made for DJs. They are meant to be built in a 19“ rack, but its construction is of a typical DJ mixer. The EMX-1 offers 4 stereo line inputs and a microphone input. The EMX-5 has 5 stereo channels and a microphone input. The channels can all be layed onto the exchangeable crossfader. There are plenty of possible connections for turntables, CD players or computers at these consoles. Each channel has an own EQ and the DJ can make himself heard by using the microphone input with talkover function. The EMX-5 is completed by outputs like balanced master outputs, a headphone output and a separately controllable zone.
